Dr. Manzoor Latoo is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Ear Nose & Throat (E.N.T) Surgery at Government Medical College, Srinagar Kashmir. Dr. Latoo spent time in Head & Neck Oncology and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Roswell Park Cancer Institute for 6 weeks. Dr. Latoo focused on Head & Neck surgery during his visit to take advances in the field back to his patients with Head & Neck cancers. Dr. Latoo studied the idea of a multidisciplinary approach to these tumors and also the concept of database development and its incorporation in the ENT Department back in Kashmir.
