Dr. Bilal is working as Assistant Professor of the Department of Pathology at Government Medical College, Srinagar. Dr. Bilal spent time with Gastrointestinal Pathology at Roswell Park Cancer Institute during the duration of his scholarship.During his visit, Dr. Sheikh attended the Health Care Delivery Course offered by the Harvard Business School - Buffalo Group to study the flow and function of health care delivery.
