Dr. Rasool is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at SKIMS Soura, Srinagar Kashmir. He spent time in Head & Neck Oncology and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Roswell Park Cancer Institute during the duration of his visit. Focusing on Head & Neck and Breast Reconstruction during his visit, Dr. Rasool intends to take advances in the field back to his patients with Head & Neck and Breast cancer. During his visit, Dr. Rasool attended the Health Care Delivery Course offered by the Harvard Business School - Buffalo Group to study the flow and function of health care delivery.
